Cajambo Mcianga
HR Professional | Recruitment Specialist | Training and Development Management
Cajambo Mcianga has been working as a Human Resources Professional with Maletchaba Human Capital since November 2020. She started as an HR intern and has progressed steadily through the ranks to become the HR professional she is today.
Cajambo is a personable Human Resource Professional with extensive experience in recruitment and selection, training and development and performance management. She is an ethical and dependable support, and leads with excellent organisational, technical and business skills.
Cajambo obtained a BCom Industrial and Organisational Psychology degree from the University of Johannesburg. She is a Skills Development Facilitator, a member of the SABPP Tshwane Provincial Committee and is currently enrolled in the B-BBEE Management Development Programme at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.
